Purpose:-
In Bangladeshi perspective most of the female >35 years of age women.
They are not interested to get baby due to low or middle socio economic condition If they conceived are not interested to carry their fetus and ultimately they go to criminal abortion or they take medicine from pharmacy man , untrained people to menstruation regulation .
Material and methods:-
The study will be conducted of 200 pregnant women during the 1st trimester of pregnancy whose age >35 years of age and < 35 years of age. The material was collected from at Tongi Industrial area of Bangladesh. Record the patients obstetrical history and clinical examination & get some relevant investigation. In USG study trans abdominal scanning will be done by using real time scanning with low frequency probes (3/3.5MHS)
Result:-
In this study <35 years of age women 50% Normal pregnancy and willingly get baby but 10% miscarriages , 10% blighted Ovum ,10% menstruation regulation ,5% ectopic pregnancy,5% drug abuse, 5% spontaneous abortion , 3% Infertility and 2% Criminal abortion occur.
In case of > 35 years of age women most of the 35% normal pregnancy ,50% Menstruation regulation and drug abuse due to abortion ,5% criminal abortion ,5% miscarriage,5% Blighted Ovum.
Conclusion: If family is completed must be use any type contraceptive with understanding of both partner . If family if not completed then she must taken suitable contraceptive otherwise increase incidence of criminal abortion. If decided not carry baby, conform to in two month of conception by the help of Transbdominal Ultrasonography. If we practice this thing then it ultimately reduce maternal mortality rate.
